Mimaru Tokyo Station East Hotel

The location was central, short walk to many train stations, convenient stores and restaurants, a business area, and restaurants. Got the same twin room with good amenities booked online, appreciated that. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were an advantage.

The family room was impressive and modern with good amenities. The location was marvellous, near to many convenient stores around area as well as the car rental, in a peaceful area...

the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. hatchobori subway station can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

It has marvellous location short walk to hatchobori and kayabacho station, Hatchobori station which is on the Hibiya line, and subway, Tokyo Station and taxis available, convenience stores and restaurants. There is Max Cafe Kayabacho nearby for a cup of coffee.

The accommodation was near the train station.

The One-Bedroom Family Apartment was spacious with plenty of storage, perfect for families. Located conveniently between two train lines, it made exploring easy. The staff were friendly and willing to help, providing great local insights. A 7-11 on the ground floor added convenience, but communal spaces were limited for relaxation.

Communication from staff could significantly improve. We requested a cot 10 months ahead of time, and upon arrival, they initially stated it wasn't available. The apartment had not been cleaned properly. Only the towels were changed . Cooking left the space messy, and more frequent cleaning would have been appreciated.

During our four-night stay, we appreciated how close the hotel was to both the Imperial Palace East Garden and the bustling Tsukiji Market, great to enjoy relaxing park views and delicious local food all within a short stroll. It made our city explorations enjoyable and effortless.

The hotel decor was modern and fresh, striking the perfect balance between comfort and chic. Its spacious layout made navigating easy, even for those of us seniors who might not be as spry as we used to be.

More sitting areas in common spaces would be nice.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. It had a modern design with a mini kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a nice living area. The area is convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a 7-11 downstairs for quick snacks. While there were a couple of issues, like a small handwashing sink and no in-house breakfast options, the friendly staff and great amenities made our stay enjoyable.

We had a wonderful six-night stay in a Two-Bedroom Apartment. The room was spacious and had a handy kitchenette, which made meal prep easy. The modern amenities, especially the washer/dryer, were a lifesaver for our family. We loved how close we were to several metro stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo. I'd definitely choose this place again!
